Jeremiah Golesh found his sobriety on December 8, 2011 and with that came a passion to help others that struggle with mental health and substance abuse. He started working in the behavioral health industry in 2013 and assisted with building a new company that specialized in ensuring that patients were covered for the treatment they were receiving. In 2019, he decided to take it one step farther and create his own business that is now known as Threshold Billing Solutions. Jeremiah continues to dedicate the majority of his time to helping facilities and clients in need, and his hope is to continue to make positive impacts in the behavioral health community.
Elly initially considered working as a dental assistant, salesperson, and in the mortgage industry, but she did not discover her true passion until she started working in the behavioral health industry in 2015. Although she is not in recovery herself, she felt compelled to assist anyone dealing with addiction or mental health problems due to her relationships with people close to her. After two years, she co-founded Threshold Billing Solutions with Jeremiah, and the rest is history.
Michael has more than 30 years of clinical experience in substance abuse and mental health, including direct client services, administration, and management at all levels of care. Since 1993, he has been using the American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) and provides training on various substance abuse and mental health assessment instruments and best practice clinical documentation for all of our facilities and professional conferences. He prioritizes creating reasonable, manageable, and sustainable system, documentation processes, and procedures while ensuring that they maintain client-specific clinical value and meet insurers’ expectations.
Tim attained sobriety on October 1, 2019, and after completing his treatment successfully, he expressed a keen interest in helping others in their recovery journey. Consequently, we welcomed him to our team in an entry-level role. Tim’s unwavering dedication to aiding others in their sobriety quickly became apparent, and he progressed through the ranks of our organization. He currently holds the esteemed position of Director of Billing and Claims, playing a crucial role in ensuring that our facilities can deliver top-notch services to their clients.
Brandon has been in sales management and client relations for seven years, but he didn’t discover his true passion until he learned about recovery programs. He finds it incredibly fulfilling to assist individuals in their recovery journey. Brandon is currently working for a business that helps facilities manage their revenue cycle, allowing them to focus on patient care. Knowing that his work contributes to improving the lives of those in recovery brings him great joy, and he feels grateful to have found his purpose and passion in life.
